What you receive

Potential scope

• Interfaces between POS software, ERP, payment service providers and business applications, subject to available APIs and protocols.
• Payment terminals: amount and status exchange, confirmations, reversals, exception management and reconciliation with sales records.
• In-store peripherals: scales, barcode readers, receipt and label printers, customer displays and supported USB, network or serial connections.
• On-site or remote troubleshooting, end-to-end testing, operational logging, runbooks and deployment support.

Not included

No banking or acquiring services, PCI DSS/EMV certification, or direct storage or processing of cardholder data. Compatibility depends on documented interfaces and vendor authorization.
